The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the subway, Nishiki Market, and Kyoto Station. The staff was friendly and spoke English, making communication easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the private bath house that could be reserved was a nice added bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, and convenient location.
